Sifu Ernesto Rodriguez Sanchez is a direct disciple of Grand Grandmaster Poon Sing and corresponds to the 5th generation lineage with the inherited name as Poon Wai Sanchez
He is the founder and director of the Wushu Association “NAN TIEN MEN” and the Choy lee Fut Kung Fu headquarters (1982) in Bolivia. He has practiced Kung Fu since childhood and began studying at Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu in the 1980s.
He is also a Wushu and Tai Ji Quan Master, certified by the Shanghai Athletic Exchange Organization.
Member of the Hong Kong Chinese Martial Arts Dragon and Lion Dance Association. His teaching of the Chinese martial art transcended the international level, having taught courses and classes in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Luxembourg and trained teachers and masters who today teach in different countries, such as the United States and Germany.
Sifu Poon Way Sanchez is certified in physical education and has two master's degrees in Advanced Gymnastics and Sports Training Science. He was a coach and consultant at colleges and universities, responsible for physical education and university sports education programs, and is also President of the Municipal Kung Fu Association
Wushu from La Paz and Vice President of the Bolivian Wushu Organization. As an athlete, he recently participated in the 7th Kung Fu World Championship 2017 held in Omeishan – China, having obtained Silver and Bronze Medals.
